Covestro, Sound Made Better campaign visual

Covestro is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polycarbonates that partners with like-minded companies looking to "push boundaries," with a focus on innovating devices used in smart homes. The "Sound Made Better" campaign, produced at Doremus, introduced a new level of PCS materials for smart speakers — independently tested and proven to deliver an improved quality of sound.

Making material science feel alive

The smart-speaker market was growing fast, and the campaign made an invisible material impossible to ignore: explosive color, motion, and a simple promise — sound made better, when #madewithCOVESTRO. Three concepts carried it: better acoustics, better aesthetics, better sustainability. My role spanned brief preparation, creative development, high-resolution retouching, project management, copywriting edits, and chop mark design.

Copy, chop marks & key visuals

Deliverables ranged from campaign copywriting ("New audio material solutions for smart speakers," "Enjoyed more by golden ears") to the certified-by-audio-experts chop marks and the key visuals — including the pop-art portrait of Rikki Farr, renowned British music producer and founder of RIVA Audio, who independently tested and approved the material.
