LEGO Education, hands-on STEM building experience

For LEGO Education, at Doremus, I created key visuals, storytelling directions, and learning content that keeps students watching, and building. The guiding belief: kids don't follow lessons, they follow stories. Two campaigns anchor this work: the LEGO Education After School centers in Shanghai, and the Fall 2020 "Rebuild the World" back-to-school campaign.

Five characters, brick by brick

To grow awareness of the new LEGO Education After School centers in Shanghai, I helped develop key visuals around the program's core 5C values — Create, Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Character — and STEAM learning. Each visual builds a Chinese character from real LEGO SPIKE Prime bricks, showing how the centers build up the five characters, brick by brick. I contributed creative development, qualitative research, client communication, art direction, and project management, delivering five key visuals plus one combined.

It's okay, we can always rebuild it

For the back-to-school season, LEGO Education wanted a bold statement about its role in inspiring educators, administrators, parents, and kids to "Rebuild the World" — establishing SPIKE Prime as the go-to STEAM learning solution. The strategic idea: rebuilding the world, one classroom at a time. I worked on creative development, qualitative research, storyboarding, VO recording, and script transcription.

The campaign platform — "It's Okay, We Can Always Rebuild It."

The manifesto film, "Hannah Rebuilds It," blends simple animation with real LEGO to tell the story of a girl who loves to build: she rebuilds her favorite SPIKE Prime bot again and again — at school, at home, remote learning — until we see her as an adult, turning the skills she learned into a contribution to the world.
